PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE |
Dr. Seebo came to Wayland from a career in the U.S. Air Force, with her last assignment as Dean of Academic Affairs for the Community College of the Air Force. Prior to that, Seebo was senior training administrator for the Air Force, stationed at Sheppard Air Force
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Education degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Arts degree from Pepperdine University. She earned the doctorate degree from the University of North Texas in 1991 and holds the rank of associate professor of education with Wayland.
Seebo oversees operations on Wayland’s 13 external campuses, which include sites in Amarillo, Lubbock, Wichita Falls and San Antonio; Clovis and Albuquerque, N.M.; Phoenix and Sierra Vista, Ariz.; Altus, Okla.; Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska; Honolulu, Hawaii; and in Kenya, Africa. Several of those campuses also offer additional teaching sites on military installations or other civilian sites, increasing the complexity of Wayland’s extended operation. The campuses have a combine enrollment of around 4,600 students.
The graduate program, which is also part of Seebo’s purview, continues to grow exponentially across the WBU system.
