The purpose of the Wayland Baptist University (WBU) Office of Human Resources is to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and to provide support and services to both management and staff of all WBU locations by means of training, presentations, site visits, or conferences with the ultimate goal of ensuring a work environment conducive to personal and professional development of productive employees.
