  • VB Tutor - Easy to use visual basic tutorial.
  • W3 Schools - Online tutorials on every markup, scripting, and programming language on the net. Includes sandbox areas with live examples of code that you can modify and tinker with to learn how it works.
  • WebMonkey - Resource guide packed with tutorials on web programming.
