Chemistry Research funding Renewed through the Welch Foundation

The Chemistry Research Program at Wayland has received a $25,000 grant to fund undergraduate chemistry research for 2011-2012. Undergraduate students interested in participating in this program are encouraged to complete an application.

Applications are currently be accepted through November 30, 2010.

Successful Applicants will receive:

  • A summer research stipend of $3,000 for 8 weeks (June 6 - July 29, 2011
  • Room and partial meal plan for 8 week fellowship (provided by WBU)
  • Tuition for MSCI 4303 Undergraduate Research Course (provided by WBU)
  • Participation in research projects in the Department of Chemistry at WBU.
