The Student Research Conference will be held on the first floor of the Moody Science Building. The conference will conclude with a complimentary dinner for all participants, with an awards ceremony honoring top presentations. There will be cash awards for the Outstanding Talk and the Outstanding Poster, as decided by a panel of faculty judges. There will also be a students' choice award for each. To be eligible for cash awards, students must submit a complete abstract by the submission deadline, attend the conference, and present a talk or a poster. There is no registration fee.
Call for Abstracts Submit the application online and paste your abstract into the form. Abstracts should be less than 250 words. Posters have a maximum size of 4' by 4'. Every effort will be made to provide a presentation time for each qualified abstract, but there are a limited number of slots in the schedule. If your abstract is accepted for a submitted presentation, you will be contacted with further instructions, including the time of your oral presentation or the location for your poster presentation.
