BAPTIST GENERAL CONVENTION OF TEXAS
      MINISTERIAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

In recognition of the divine call felt by Ministerial Students, the Baptist General Convention of Texas (BGCT) provides financial assistance to University Students who are preparing for careers in ministry. The amount of the scholarship is $50 per semester hour for Freshmen/Sophomores and $75 per semester hour for Juniors/Seniors. Graduates will receive $100 per semester hour for graduate classes.This scholarship is available for the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer terms. To apply for the BGCT Ministerial Assistance Scholarship Program the student must provide the School of Religion and Philosophy office in Plainview, Texas, with a completed "Application Packet". The application should be in the School office one month prior to the term for which aid is desired. Other stipulations pertaining to this scholarship are found on the printable form.
