100 % of tuition previously charged to the student account for a course will be refunded when a student drops the course: *Prior to 1st class meeting
75% of tuition previously charged to the student account for a course will be refunded when a student drops the course: *1-4 days after 1st class meeting for terms 10 weeks or longer in length
25% of tuition previously charged to the student account for a course will be refunded when a student drops the course: *5-12 days after 1st class meeting for terms 10 weeks or longer in length
0% of tuition previously charged to the student account for a course will be refunded when a student drops the course: *13 days and up after 1st class meeting for terms 10 weeks or longer in length.
A $10 administrative fee will be charged for processing each course dropped.
Important: If you are taking a class on KAFB, please request your base pass at least a week before classes begin.
The KAFB office is closed Fridays.
The Wyoming office will be open from 9am till 6pm on Monday through Thursday.
The Wyoming office will be open from 9am to 1pm on Fridays.
We have a referral program. If any current student brings in a new student who signs up for classes (and doesn't drop before the 12th class day), he or she will be eligible to receive a free t-shirt or similar item from the Bookstore. If you bring in two or more students, you are eligible for the more expensive items, like sweatshirts, fleeces, bookbags or the new thumb-drives. Make sure your referral fills out a form and puts your name on it as the referrer.
We also have WBU-ABQ 'thumb drives' as referral prizes.
