One of the primary efforts of the Wayland mission team that traveled to Kenya in July was door-to-door evangelism. Team members were Wayland students Samer Khamisi, Philip Avants, Ashley Price, Katelynn Murga, Tabetha Karp and Plainview High School student Monique Lucio. They spent the majority of their month in Kenya working in the Farmers and Misiri slums near Limuru, Kenya and in the Witemere slum near Nyeri.
