future missions--kenya

January 8-30, a mission team will be traveling to Kenya, Africa to assist in constructing Christ the King Baptist Church in Kakamega in conjunction with Pastor Obadiah Alubisia, a Wayland Graduate. Other projects will include a medical team to assist those in need of small or minor medical attention. Estimated cost is $2,500 with some financial aid.

July 2-24, the Mission Center will sponsor another team traveling to Kenya. This group will work near the KBTC campus in the Limuru, Karanjee and Misiri slums of Nairobi. This trip will include a one-week excursion to Turkana near the borders of Sudan and Ethiopia. This trip will cost approximately $3,000 with some financial assistance available.
