Kenya Baptist Theological College

After more than a decade of partnering with Kenya Baptist Theological College, Wayland Baptist University announced a new partnership for its accredited degree program in Kenya. In July, WBU Executive Vice President/Provost Dr. Bobby Hall and Dean of the School of Religion and Philosophy Dr. Paul Sadler joined Dr. Rick Shaw, the director of the Wayland program in Kenya, in traveling to Kijabe, Kenya to announce the new partnership with Moffat Bible College. According to Hall, while the location of the university’s Kenya program has changed, Wayland will continue to focus on working with Baptist churches and organizations in Kenya and made the move with the approval of the Baptist Convention of Kenya. Hall said the new location and partnership provides Wayland with great opportunities to continue its work in the country.
