Wayland students inducted into honor societies | ||
|
Membership in Alpha Chi is by invitation to juniors and seniors who are ranked in the top five percent of their class. New inductees to Alpha Chi included seniors Aaron Borden of Plainview, Lauren Carroll of Childress, Elizabeth Good of Pharr, Emily Hogue of Lovington, N.M., Lydia Martin of El Paso, Andrea Turner of Plainview, and Krysta Williams of Lorenzo, and juniors Debra Woodrow of Sweetwater, Martha Ann Trull of Crosbyton and Melissa Smith of Levelland. Membership in Psi Chi is by invitation to juniors and seniors who have excelled academically in psychology coursework, whether majors or minors. New inductees from WBU included seniors Alison Cudnoski of Lubbock, Elizabeth Good of Pharr, Joni Mayhew of Plainview, Leah Nichols of Monahans, Marisa Stahl of Roswell, N.M., and Tammy Stevens of Odessa, and juniors Amanda Day of Merkel, Karrie Peoples of Kress and Heather Saldana of Plainview. Dr. Perry Collins, assistant professor of psychology, is sponsor for both groups. | ||
